5-ingredient Golden Milk Laddus/Snack Bites

Friends, I've been wanting to make energy bites using golden milk for a while now and found this great no-bake recipe by Minimalist Baker. A great way to satisfy that sweet urge – and get some protein and fiber, these energy bites are delicious, nutritious, and warming. They are soft to eat and truly taste like golden milk. I wholeheartedly recommend giving it a try!

Yield: 10-12 laddus / bites


1/2 cup unsalted cashew butter (or other neutral seed or nut butter) 2-3 tbsp. maple syrup

2 tbsp. flax seeds powder (or hemp seeds or pain for vanilla protein powder)

1 tbsp. Golden Turmeric Milk Blend

1/3 cup coconut flour (or sub almond flour)

1 pinch sea salt (optional)


1. Add all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir to combine. Mix well.

2. Scoop out 1 tbsp. amounts and gently roll into balls. There should be about 10-12 balls.

3. Repeat until all dough is formed into balls.

4. Enjoy as is, roll in shredded coconut, or refrigerate for 10-15 minutes to chill.


- Adjust the Golden Turmeric Milk blend (add more for warmth) and sweetness (more or less maple syrup) to your taste depending on how strong you want either of the flavors to be.

- Leftovers will keep stored in the refrigerator up to 1 week, or in the freezer 1 month.
