A delicious appetizer or meal, this tenderly cooked chicken tikka is packed with flavors. A pretty straight forward recipe, with all the flavors coming from the spice blend - it'll be a sure hit with your family and friends!

Yield: 4 Servings
Ingredients
1lb. chicken (boneless), cut into 2" cubes 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
2 cloves garlic, crushed 1 inch ginger, crushed
1 tbsp. lemon juice 2 tbsp. vegetable/olive oil
1 tsp. sea salt or to taste 11/2 tbsp. Tandoori Tikka Masala
Directions
1. Marinate the chicken in a bowl with all the ingredients. Mix until evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight.
2. Preheat the oven to 500F.
3. Thread the marinated chicken in skewers. Line the skewers on a baking tray.
4. Grill for about 25-30 minutes until slightly charred or dark brown on edges.
5. Remove the tikka from the oven and serve over a salad or with naan or paratha.
