Don't be surprised if you find yourself making these every week because they are very tasty and very easy to make. Crisp and golden on the outside and tender on the inside, you won't get enough of these.
Yield: 4 Servings
1lb. Brussels sprouts, halved 2 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 tsp. sea salt or to taste 1 tbsp. Vegetable Masala
1. Preheat the oven to 400F.
2. Mix the Brussels sprouts in a bowl with the oil, spice blend and salt.
3. Put them on a lightly greased sheet pan in one layer and roast for 35 to 40 minutes, until crisp on the outside and tender on the inside.
